Created the concept with the goal of mixing the accessibility of poker, the progression structure of RPG and the monetization model of CCG; maintained the complete game design including the progression structure, game economy, UX and narrative design.
Worked exclusively remotely throughout the development; used a range of tools to support our work process including Google Drive, Google Hangout, Slack, Dropbox and Sourcetree.
Built the game on the Unity Engine, using C# and plugins; Handled the whole development from prototyping to bug fixing and release.
Developed an asynchronous multiplayer mode and an online backend service including friends management, data tracking and progression backup using Google Firebase.
Used soft launch and data analytics to update the game resulting in noticeable improvement to the game’s KPIs including a 10% increase of the initial engagement rate and an above average day 1 / 7 / 30 retention rate.
Defined the user acquisition strategy including ASO, Google UAC and Facebook Ads; focused on increasing conversion rate, reducing cpi and expanding organic growth.
